Coffee Equipment Exchange: We are pleased to offer exchanges for coffee equipment. If you encounter any issues or need to exchange your coffee equipment for a different item, please reach out to our customer support team at hello@goldboxroastery.co.uk We will be more than happy to assist you in finding the right equipment to suit your needs.

Coffee Return and Refund Limitation: Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for coffee products. Coffee is considered a food-grade product that is freshly roasted to order, ensuring optimal freshness and quality. To assist you in making an informed choice, we encourage you to explore our blog and tasting notes for information on our various coffee options. If you have any specific questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Exchange Process: If you wish to exchange your coffee equipment, please ensure that the items are returned to us within 7 days of purchase. The items must be in their original unopened packaging, including all original boxes, packaging materials, manuals, blank warranty cards, and any accessories and documents provided by the manufacturer. To initiate the exchange process, please contact our customer support team, who will guide you through the necessary steps. There is 15% restocking fee charged on all returns.

Return Address: Please deliver the items you wish to exchange back to our roastery at 

Gold Box Roastery 6-8 Vance Court, Transbritannia Business Park, Blaydon, NE21 5NH      

We recommend using a reliable shipping method with tracking to ensure that the items reach us safely. Please note that the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer and we take no responsibility for loss or damage of the goods in transit.
